Mount Agung night trek to the summit

Two published routes. Besakih starts near 23:00 and aims for the higher western summit. Pasar Agung starts later and is the shorter southern route. Both ask for fit hikers.

Itinerary

Besakih: pickup 20:30–21:00, start 23:15, summit about 06:00, hotel about 14:00

Pasar Agung: pickup from about 23:30, start 01:45, summit about 06:00, hotel about 13:00
